My favorite way to drink coconut water is straight from a fresh young coconut (on the beach in Bali). Put the straw in the coconut, but don't drink it all up. Turns out coconut water is one of the few drinks that is beneficial whether you're sipping it or splashing it on your face. It's extremely hydrating and does not cause any irritation. I have the most sensitive skin — sometimes I think the water in LA is too harsh — and coconut water was the best thing for my dry and dull skin after traveling 24 hours to get to that beach in Bali.
